This was when we really did things properly. It was a true fine dining experience, complete with a captivating fish tank viewing window into the kitchen!

We earned coveted listings in the Michelin & Hardens Guide, achieving a remarkable '6' rating in the Which? Good Food Guide—an accolade on par with Michelin-starred restaurants across the UK. We proudly boasted 3 AA Rosettes and were even honored with the 'Best Newcomer' title in the Which? Good Food Guide, securing our place among the top 30 restaurants in the entire UK.

Our achievements didn't go unnoticed. We were regularly featured in national publications, including the Guardian Guide, Observer Food Monthly, The Times, Telegraph, BBC Olive Magazine, and various trade press outlets.
