The Leicestershire Hospitality Awards 2024 shine a spotlight on the dedication, innovation, and customer service excellence that define our industry. It's a celebration of the hard work and resilience of our teams, as well as a testament to the unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. 

Announcing the Finalists for the Kith & Kin Hospitality Awards (Leicestershire)

We are incredibly privileged to have completed the first round of judging. With over 280 nominations to review, our top five finalists for each category have now been selected based on the nominations and supporting evidence gathered in the first round.

These awards celebrate the excellence and dedication within the hospitality industry in Leicestershire. However, the ultimate decision rests with the customers.

Hospitality is about creating places and experiences that make people feel special, welcomed, and relaxed.

Now it’s up to the public to vote for who they believe deserves to win.

Voting is now open! 

Customers can vote for their favorites until 20th November.

The top three in each category will advance to the final judging round, where our expert panel will assess the finalists on outstanding customer experiences. The overall winner will be crowned Customer Service Champion.

Voting is open until the 20th of November. The top three finalists with the most votes will advance to the final stage of judging by our esteemed panel. The winners will be announced on the 16th of January.

*Best Weekend Brunch and Best Street Food categories will not be judged by the panel; the winner will be determined solely by the most votes. Voting for these categories is open until the 20th of December.

*Rising Star and Hospitality Champion have no voting element, and their winners will be announced on the 16th of January
